Research articles sought for The Journal of Cross Border Studies in Ireland

The Centre is seeking high quality research articles on issues of practical cross-border co-operation to include in the 2010 edition of its Journal of Cross Border Studies in Ireland. The subject matter of such articles can cover a wide range of areas, including education, training, health, business and the economy, public administration, transport and communications, energy (including renewables), agriculture, planning, housing, community development, tourism, the arts and the environment. We accept articles about cross-border co-operation in Ireland and overseas. Those interested should submit a one page abstract to the director, Andy Pollak. If approved, the deadline for receipt of final articles will be in January 2010, for publication in March 2010. The Centre will pay £500/€650 for an article of 4,000-5,000 words.
